It's late Friday evening, and I just returned from spending a tiring but very rewarding week getting ready for and displaying at the Int'l Roofing Expo. I met a lot of really neat people, some great business owners and we had fun sharing about the day-to-days of business. One thing that consistently came up in conversation with some of the most successful business owners was that you have to know your numbers. Businesses are run By The Numbers, and without a knowledge of the numbers that matter, a business shall never grow. I couldn't agree more.
